DELIVERY

Our products are handcrafted, made-to-order by our local garment and accessories artisans. Unless stated otherwise, each piece takes about 10-25 working days to produce and we will dispatch them within the next working day.

  • Clothes: 10-15 days
  • Bags: 10-25 days
  • Jewelry: ready for dispatch (each item is one-of-a-kind; we currently do not accept pre-orders)

Depending on availability, we may be able to deliver your order earlier. For pre-orders or custom orders, if you need your items sooner than stated, please let us know (include your order number) and we will try our best to accommodate.  

During high seasons, deliveries may be longer. Our shipping times may also vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We will do our best to ensure original estimated timings are met. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Shipping

Thailand: FREE standard shipping (3-7 days from shipping confirm date)

International: (Bags) FREE standard shipping / (Others) shipping price and time depends on your zone/location (usually between 7-14 working days from shipping confirmation date)

We provide full information on the nature and material of each of our products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to the ascertain whether the item fulfils the legal requirements for importation in their home country. 

Please ensure correct shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Asia: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines, Vietnam

Custom Duties & Import Taxes

Shipments outside of Thailand may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on your location. Regrettably we are not able to cover taxes and duties, as this will be the buyer's responsibility. 

In some cases, clearance and customs procedures in importing country can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our jewellery and leather goods have a one-year warranty. We are happy to provide cleaning service free-of-charge. Repairs are subject to product defect only (replacement of gemstones/pearls and re-plating are also excluded) and do not cover mishandling. Shipping will be borne by the customer.

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. After the product is shipped, exchanges or returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are incorrect, defective, or damaged in shipment
  • Items are in resalable conditions with its original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice
  • Items have not been used, worn, washed or altered. Clothing, notwithstanding incorrect, but worn will not be accepted
  • Notification of request needs to be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Email us with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Please include photos and images to support your claim
  • Returned items need to be shipped within 10 days of receipt of goods
  • Returned shipping cost and charges will be borne by the customer

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, nor exchange. When purchasing a SALE item, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return your item

To apply for exchange/return, please follow the following steps. Please contact our customer service team and ensure that you receive the confirmation from us (we will provide you the shipping address, form, and return number) every time before starting returns.

  • Email us at luxechat@bytheluxeofit.com with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Please include photos and images to support your claim
  • Print out and fill in the details in the Return/Exchange Form along with the printed copy of invoice along with your parcel
  • Once parcel is shipped, please provide us with a tracking number
  • Upon receipt of the goods, our team will access the items and if deemed in good order, we will contact you for the exchange or refund

Return shipping must be pre-paid via a traceable method. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the package if it is lost or damaged in the shipment. In such an event, returns and exchanges will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and refuse a refund if the items do not comply with our policy. In this instance, you may choose to have the items sent back to your original shipping address at your own expense.

Refunds

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once return orders have been received.

You may choose to have your items replaced with the same, exchanged for another item, or receive a refund.

Exchanges are only applicable for item of the same or a higher price only. When there is a price difference, we will contact you for an alternative payment method to settle the variance.

Refunds are in the form of store credits. You have 120 days to utilise the credits. We regrettably do not offer cash refunds.

Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory.  In the event the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund to your original payment method.

Disclaimer: Please note that the refund amount will be calculated based on the currency exchange rate applicable on the date of the refund, not the date of the original order payment. This may result in a difference in the amount received due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. 

If you have placed an order on an item that, for any reason, cannot be delivered, we will promptly refund you your money.

SHOPPING | PRODUCT

WHY DO SOME OF THE PRODUCTS NEED TO BE PRE-ORDERED?

We design and produce pieces that are one-of-kind and in limited quantities. We manufacture on an as-needed basis to avoid over-stocking and wastage with the entire process controlled to ensure the raw materials are of the best quality ready to be processed as per the order, made especially for you. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR A CUSTOM/BESPOKE ORDER?

Clothing:
Our clothes are available in XS/S/M/L/XL. A size guide is provided on the product page to help you select the best fit. Additionally, we also provide made-to-order sizing alterations based on our existing design. When you place an order, kindly contact us and provide your body measurements so we may tailor to your order.
Handbag:
You may order directly through our product page. Certain pieces are available to ship while others need to be pre-ordered. For custom-made items, once you have completed the order, please use the Contact Us page to reach out to us and provide further details about the colour selection and other specification you would like. 
It is important to note, however, that as with exotic skins, textures and patterns of each hide varies and the final colour will not 100% match the reference colour provided, but rest assured we strive to ensure you are happy with our product. Customising a handbag is a special journey. During the entire production process, our staff will be in direct contact with you to answer all your questions and ensure you are fully satisfied with the order.
Jewelry:
Our pieces are one-of-a-kind and we currently do not accept any orders for customisation. We will however happily re-size any rings at your request.

WILL THE FINAL PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Our product are handmade and slight variations on certain items are part of the character. We do our best to ensure the images provided give you a good indication of what they look like at our workshop, although it may not always be possible to accurately reflect colour, size, dimensions and texture through digital displays and web browsers.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

You may choose to make direct payments with all major credit cards. Additionally, we also accept direct bank transfers and international transfers through Paypal, Wise, and Revolut. These alternatives may be requested for any out of the regular orders.

WHEN CAN MY ORDER BE DISPATCH?

We are a small community of artisans and craftsmen. Our products are made in limited quantities and can be made-to-order. Unless stated otherwise, each piece takes about 10-25 working days to produce and we will dispatch them within the next working day. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY IN THAILAND?

Local orders take approximately 3-7 days and it is free-of-charge. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Typically shipping take 7-14 days depending on where you are located. This does not include any delays due to customs clearance. 

ARE CUSTOMS AND DUTIES COVERED?

Shipments outside of Thailand may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on your location. Regrettably we are not able to cover taxes and duties, as this will be the buyer's responsibility. 

CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Kindly contact us and we will be happy to amend it.

CAN I HAVE A CITIES VERTIFICATE FOR MY BAG?

CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) certification for exotic leather goods: certain countries may require the certificate for import / when traveling into the country. If you require a CITES certificate, please let us know in advance. This document takes between 10-15 working days to be issued. Please note that shipments may also therefore require additional processing time. 

AFTERSALES | RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We accept exchange or returns of goods within 10 days of initial receipt of goods, and applicable only for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. Used items, including clothing worn, cannot be returned. Please see the instructions provided on our policy page.

DO I HAVE WARRANTY ON THE ITEM?
